Basic Open Water Swim
In this one-day course, you will learn:
- The correct technique for swimming and snorkeling efficiently
- What equipment supports you during your lake excursion
- Considerations for orientation and safety
- Stretching and breathing techniques
- Legal aspects regarding boat operation, ports, conservation, and other water sports enthusiasts
- Why swimming and snorkeling in open water lead to mental strength and increased self-efficacy.

Advanced Open Water Swim
In this one-day course, you will learn:
- How to plan and safely execute excursions in challenging open waters, such as coastal areas, remote mountain lakes, or rivers
- Essential equipment for water adventures
- Discovering bodies of water that can only be reached with lightweight equipment
- Performing rescues even in remote areas
Cost: CHF 200.-

Julia Kühn, passionate about swimming, has spent more time in and around the water since childhood than anywhere else. As a former competitive swimmer and triathlete, she has accumulated extensive experience and can be found in the lake almost daily, regardless of the season.
Nik Linder is a breathwork and freediving trainer who has been passionate about swimming since childhood. His main passion lies in seatrekking, a combination of swimming and hiking. In 2022, he became the first person to swim around Lake Constance. Further information can be found here.
