The PADI Advanced Freediver course aims to fulfill this personal desire by refining and improving your freediving skills, making slow progress and experiencing how your body works while you hold your breath.

Requirement
Minimum age 15 years
PADI Freediver or equivalent certification
Emergency First Response certification (not older than 2 years)

Course content
- Theory of advanced freediving techniques and equipment
- Pool: techniques of stretching and relaxation, refining the skills of static and dynamic apnea
- Open water: free descent and free dives with constant amount of lead to greater depths, additional buddy procedures, rescue techniques
- Pressure equalization workshop

Theory
The theory in this course is completed in advance by participants using the self-study tool PADI Freediver Touch. Please let us know at your registration in the field Remarks, if you do not have such a login yet.

Performance targets
- static apnea: 2:30 minutes (under 18 years: 2 minutes)
- dynamic apnea: 50 meters (under 18 years: 40 meters)
- Deep diving: 16 meters (under 18 years: 15 meters)

Insurance
Is the responsibility of the participant

Equipment
Swim suit, bath towel, diving goggles, snorkel, fins, suit (5mm), neoprene socks, neoprene gloves

Freediving Material
We carry a complete range of Freediving material. If you want to rent something special (e.g. Freediving fins), please make a reservation.

If login access to the PADI Freediver Touch from a previous PADI Basic Freediver course is not available, it must be obtained at an additional cost. The PADI Freediver Touch gives you access to the theory materials via smartphones, tablets, etc.
